WHAT IS PRECAST?
Precast concrete is a special type of concrete with higher performance than conventional concrete. It contains silica sand, white cement, polymer, chemical additives and fiberglass fibers. It is flexible and durable thanks to fiberglass. Since it is produced by spraying, it can be easily shaped with a mold.
PRECAST MANUFACTURING
PRECAST: It is a type of concrete that is made of alkali-resistant glass fiber, special silica sand, white cement and chemicals that give the concrete superior qualities. This product is applied to specially prepared wooden, polyester and silicone molds by spraying.
PRECAST ASSEMBLY
The finished facade elements are bolted to the buildings as is done in Europe and America. This system allows the loads that may arise during a possible earthquake to be tolerated with displacements.
